1. Welcome and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Posts Craft ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Posts Craft website, web platforms, browser extensions, and all related content and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, or registering for an account with Posts Craft, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the Website or use any of our Services.

2. Definitions

  • Account: The primary means for accessing and using the Posts Craft Services.
  • User/You: An individual or legal entity registered to use the Services, subject to the rules of acceptable use.
  • User Data: All information, content, and materials that Users submit, upload, or process through the Services.
  • Confidential Information: Information disclosed by either party that is labeled "Confidential" or reasonably understood to be confidential, excluding publicly available data or independently developed information.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use Posts Craft, you must create an Account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

Restrictions: Only personal accounts can be connected to Posts Craft. Each Posts Craft account is valid for only one linked social or professional account (e.g., LinkedIn). You must not share your password with third parties or use the Services to manage accounts you do not own or have authorized access to.

4. Acceptable Use and Content Rules

You are solely responsible for the User Data you post, link to, or otherwise make available via the Services. By making content available, you warrant that it complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Distribute unsolicited mass emails, messages, or spam.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, Trojan horses, or any harmful code.
  • Engage in actions that adversely affect the stability, performance, or security of the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works based on Posts Craft technology.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if you engage in activities that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Free Trial

Posts Craft is billed on a subscription basis.

  • Free Trial: We may offer a 7-day free trial for new users. If applicable, billing will commence automatically once the trial expires unless the subscription is canceled.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed periodically (e.g., monthly or annually) and collected automatically at the beginning of each new billing cycle.
  • Upgrades/Downgrades: Adding or removing seats will result in prorated charges or adjustments on your next invoice.
  • Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Users will be notified in advance and given the option to terminate their subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
  • Refunds: Unless required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimers for Third-Party Platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)

Posts Craft provides tools that interact with third-party platforms like LinkedIn, but we are not endorsed by, certified by, or an official feature of LinkedIn or any other third party.

  • We do not take responsibility for the practices, policies, or actions of LinkedIn.
  • Posts Craft is not liable if a third-party platform bans or restricts your account due to your activities while using our Services.

7. Intellectual Property

Posts Craft IP: All rights, titles, and interests in the Services, underlying technology, logos, and graphics remain solely with Posts Craft and its licensors. You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the Services.

Your IP: You retain all ownership rights to your User Data. You grant Posts Craft a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your data strictly to provide, maintain, and improve the Services.

Feedback: Any suggestions, feedback, or error reports you provide to us become the exclusive property of Posts Craft, and we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Posts Craft and its suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or continuous. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Posts Craft, its directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business revenue.
  • Any amounts exceeding the fees paid by you to Posts Craft during the twelve (12) months prior to the cause of action (or a maximum of $100 if you use a free version).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Posts Craft, its contractors, licensors, officers, and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your User Data, or your violation of this Agreement.

11. Term and Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing your use of the Services and canceling your subscription. Posts Craft may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately. Upon termination, provisions regarding ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability will survive.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Posts Craft is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • Severability: If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
